Hilda Fronske is an Associate Professor of Physical Education at Utah State University, in
Logan, Utah. She teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses in physical education, motor
learning, and various sport skills and serves as a member for the Physical Education Curriculum
Committee and Graduate Committee for Utah State. Fronske has long-standing affiliations with
the National Association for Physical Education in Higher Education; the American Alliance of
Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD); and the Utah Alliance of

This book was a great surprise! I thought that I was getting another book on IRA investing, but it was also informative about a new product that I had not heard of called the Solo 401(k). Morem uses interesting examples and shares stories that are very relatable. The "science" is hand-wavy plot device stuff. Looking at hair care, for example, this chapter contains background information on problems such as dandruff or hazardous shampoo ingredients as well as solutions that include a listing of recipes for shampoos, conditioners, natural colors/dyes, dandruff treatments, rinses, styling gels and even hair spray! The smart shopping guide allows busy women (& men) to choose healthful products off the shelves of the beauty sections of their local stores. Give Karen Mossman credit, she's done a great job of crafting these excellent tales. How does one read a book at least 12 times and not realize they haven't left a review? OMG.
