Oops, I just keep doing that. I own one of the original issues and after over 40 years it looks better -- cleaner colours and lighter paper -- than in this book.
The designer also, apparently deliberately, chose not to reprint the covers.
It's a pity, Stanley deserved better.. But for the beginning dummy, this book is just right.. They made this a fun, fast-paced read I couldn't put down.
This is a fantastic read with enough setting and character details I could picture the scenes and the characters as I read. And, of course, there is the internal use, often from a veggie cap. Drop-Dead Gorgeous provides the beginning of a journey to protect your health from corporate-owned/manufactured beauty products that expose consumers to cancer-causing chemicals.
