White is a masterful storyteller yet again in "Dead Asleep", a book that is superbly written and equally compelling. I needed to get this book for a Bible study group that I was in. Great. Each and every style has clear step-by-step instuctions plus a colour photograph illustrating each step. Advice around e.g. There is a constant reference to formulas written in previous chapters. And the word-for-word transcript of the text makes it perfect to read while simutaneously viewing the film. Lother, Felix, Ecgric, Ricbehrt and Cwen are only some of the characters within this story that shall remain etched within my memory forever as too will the facts about this age, including the way in which kingdoms were ruled. Kaiser's book, Supervisory Relationships, as a standard text for a clinical supervision and program management, masters-level course. You would also normally read about it in first person
