I spent a fair bit of this book guessing what stuff meant, and trying to understand and imagine the scene the author was talking about. Reading poignant real life stories of people with whom Judith has worked over the years, and seeing how often they react so positively to her empathetic way of interacting with them was heart rending and full of hope at the same time. Smith's fast paced book is a great read for those in and around the law and those who desire to hear about its realitie
