A good read about a good man.. Nicole and Calum went from zero to sixty--with no signs of slowing down. I gotta tell you it's hard, but it'll really get you to another level. The book is well done and a very good interesting read.. If you are so inclined, Erickson provides information to become an activist regarding this industry. This is NOT for beginners, but players that have some experience playing big band material. I am so glad I read this book it has helped me a lot!. There was a lot of jumping around, and I just couldn't focus and develop an attachment to the primary couple and story for a long time.
In the end I am giving Tangle of Need a B+. Lots of information that if you get stuck on a point you can use this to unlock the meaning.. The study was an outgrowth of lectures Rosen gave at Harvard in 1980-1981 and is a companion volume to Rosen's earlier book, "The Classical Style".
