My son said this was a book worth reading. Nice summer distraction for busy people. Not only is it a book about the pilots who carried some hair raising missions in the dark, but much is here on the equipment too. Buddhism is not really emphasized in the material by the way, but more casually referenced, just an observation. Just look at how big the sports section of the Sunday paper is versus the economic analysis section! Games are a big part of everyday life. Reading this book is critical for those with mental illness and their loved ones and Natasha Tracy explores bipolar and depression in a way never seen before. These missionaries were amazing! I mourn the loss of this once very popular vocation.
