Editorial : About the Author William David, Ph.D., RMT, completed his doctorate at the University of Kansas. Currently, he is coordinator of the undergraduate music theapy program at Colorado State University. From 1976-1980, he served as clinician, then as Director of Music Therapy, at Faribault State Hospital. He is past president of the Midwestern Region of the National Association for Music Therapy.

Michael H. Thaut. Ph.D., RMT is the coordinator of graduate studies in music and music therapy at Colorado State University. He earned his doctorate from Michigan State University in 1983, and has served as Director of Music Therapy at the Riverside Correctional Facility. He is the director of the interdisciplinary Center for Biomedical Research at Colorado state, and is an ccompished musician.

Wow how the first 3 chapters have changed my life. I liked this one, I did, I wanted to like it a little bit more though.

To me this was another story about survival and trust just with different twist and turns. The horror of what is happening within the city of Merafi unfolds slowly. Wathington addresses the issues of death, family and grief in this short story. "Red Hat Linux Internet Server" is the better of the two
books.
This book is better focused on its subject of setting up an
Internet server and its more common Internet services. The world-building seems assured, although much is only hinted at. He has already mentioned the two most irksome things about the book, namely the lack of tone indicators, and the lack of correspondance between the Cantonese and the Mandarin text. The notes could almost be published as a separate work.
